Add: Panorama Heat Map Metrics

The Add drop-down menu in the Heat Maps pane allows you to add more metrics from your experiment. The following screenshot, we added Cell Viability (1). It is added to the Heat Maps pane, (2) and the associated Heat Maps display.

 

When you choose Add Well Calculation, a sub-window opens with a drop-down menu to add Well Data (1). This drop-down includes all the metrics associated with your experiment. After you have specified the Well Data, then use the radio buttons to define the math and Normalize By. Your Normalize By options are Control Well Set or Constant. If you choose Normalize by Control Well Set, the Control Well Set drop-down shows your options (2).

 

In this example, we used the Well Data “Cell Viability”, Divide and Normalize by the Control Well Set “all clones”. These parameters produced a new Heat Map, “Cell Viability divided by all clones” shown below.
