Manual Control Mode
Manual Control Mode allows you to interact directly with various subcomponents of your instrument for troubleshooting purposes.
Warning: With the exception of using the Shaker Control for shaking plates, Manual Control Mode has a number of functions that, if not used properly, can cause damage to your instrument. Although they are documented here, don't attempt to use them unless you are certain about how they work and what you're doing.
When you click Manual Control Mode the following screen opens. You’ll use this screen to initiate a variety of troubleshooting functions. You must have an experiment open to run Manual control mode.
