Quality Control Analysis Failed

If any of the computed metrics fell outside the bounds of the criteria specified in the BLT file, a setup failure summary screen displays. This will list all failed metrics along with suggestions for how to try to correct the problem, as shown in the following screenshot. In addition to these suggestions, if your Bead Lot counts are less than expected, try vortexing the beads again and make sure there is no bubble at the bottom of the tube.

Clicking Export Diagnostic Information exports the standard ForeCyt diagnostics archive package for the connected instrument. This export includes a copy of the raw FCS data file for the failed setup run which can be valuable for future troubleshooting purposes.
