About FCS, .IEX and .IET data files

There are three different file types associated with iQue Forecyt®: FCS, .IEX and .IET. FCS, Flow Cytometer Standard, is an industry standard data file format for reading and writing data output by most flow cytometers. The .IEX is a iQue Forecyt® file format developed by iQue® to export an experiment in its entirety including plates, FCS data, and all other data that is part of the experiment. IET files are template files that are a format similar to IEX files however, they do not include any FCS data or Panorama data, if the experiment had Panorama data.
