Add (Advanced Metrics)

 

There are 6 different Advanced Metrics options. Each option presents different dialog screens. As you Add Advanced Metrics they are listed at the end of the Name column.

Population Count Ratio: Calculates the count of one population as a percentage of another population.

Population Comparison: Compare a primary metric between two populations

Metric Comparison: Compare two primary metrics within one population

Metric Normalization: Normalize a metric against a set of control wells or a constant

Percentile: Calculate the Kth percentile of the specified parameter for the population

Derived Concentration: Shares standards across multiple plates

Custom Function: Build a custom expression to calculate a value that cannot be calculated using one of the standard functions
