Map Plate to Calibrate

Map to Calibrate maps each plate model by measuring a series of well-bottom positions by the probe. A full map of the well-bottom positions is interpolated from those points so each well has its own depth offset.

The following screenshot shows the wizard screen with the mapping progress bar.

When plate mapping is complete, click Next.
