Metrics

About Metrics

Metrics are how you organize and define the statistical values associated with your experiment, and convert the graphical representations of gates and populations into raw or calculated numerical data. The Metrics tab also aggregates all the metrics associated with your experiment for output as .CSV files. These files can be incorporated into lab notebooks, LIM systems, or other data analysis programs. The sidebar functions allow you to selectively arrange which data to export as well as further refine the data. The metrics you create are based on the selected plate. You will have to define Metrics in order to use other iQue Forecyt® functions such as Analysis.
