Toolbar (Compensation)
Export (Compensation)
You can Export the Compensation Matrix as a .csv file to a location of your choosing. The export can be imported to another experiment to apply the same compensation values. The export includes the compensation values that are currently displayed in compensation mode, even if those changes have not been applied to the analysis.
Any parameter pairs that have a non-zero compensation value associated with them will be output as its own line in the file. Parameter 1 will be the row, parameter 2 will be the column.
Enable/Disable Modification
Enables or Disables modification to the current Compensation.
Apply to Analysis
The Apply Analysis button is enabled if there are unapplied Compensation changes. Clicking Apply to Analysis will apply the current Compensation values to the rest of the analysis. Whenever the compensation values in the Compensation tab change, either because you changed them, or, as a result of Auto Compensation, the Apply to Analysis option is enabled. It takes a little bit of time to apply to all of the changes so it doesn’t happen with each incremental change.
If the you don’t click this, iQue Forecyt® will remind you that there are unapplied changes when you try to move to another tab, such as Analysis.
Import (Compensation Matrix)
You can Import a compensation matrix exported from another experiment to apply to the current plate. If you try to import a new Spillover Matrix, iQue Forecyt® will warn you first.
