Z’-Factor Calculations: Panorama

Z’-Factor will only be enabled if at least one plate has both a positive and negative control defined in the Well Type sub-tab of Design. If no plates have positive and negative controls, the Create Z’ Factor plate calculations for all metrics will be dimmed. If you wish to include Z’ Factor calculations in your Panorama, check the Create Z-Factor plate calculationsfor all metrics checkbox. Z’-Factor calculations will be automatically created and added to the Calculations pane in the Data Grids tab.
