This poster highlights the development of a large-scale, multiplexed assay using the Intellicyt® iQue Screener PLUS platform to assess T-cell activation over time by combining immunophenotyping, cell proliferation, and cytokine profiling in a single assay.
These large-scale experiments provide extensive T-cell activation profiles on multiple donors with rapid assay turnaround time. The use of these assays can provide valuable information for optimizing adoptive cell therapy development and manufacturing protocols.
