Protocol
About Protocol
The Protocol tab where you set instrument parameters for acquiring samples in your experiment such as Sip Time, Sample Order, Shaking and Cleaning.
Protocol also records a detailed worklist of exactly how the plate was sampled so you have documentation of every step of sample acquisition. You can reproduce it if you decide to create a template for future experiments.
Note: Protocol is the next step after you have specified all the well and plate-level parameters in the Design tab. If you have not specified these parameters, no wells will be sampled and only the post-plate clean will execute.
